ERIC® Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

I get "Run-time error '91'" when trying to run one of the saved codes reports under the Reports pane within ERIC®.

I get the same identification result no matter what microcode I enter or which RapID System I select.

This issue is related to security/permissions on the folder where ERIC® is installed and users are restricted in what they can do on the computers. Obtaining the appropriate security/permissions rights from their IT department should resolve the problem.
